Position Details Qualifications: Willing to obtain Valid Michigan Teacher Certificate with ESL endorsement (NS or YA-YT) Bachelor’s in teaching Incredible interpersonal skills Instructional Planning and Delivery: Develop and implement differentiated ESL lesson plans aligned with state and national standards (e.g., WIDA ELD Standards) that address all four language domains: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Utilize a variety of instructional strategies, resources, and technology to meet the diverse learning needs and proficiency levels of ELLs. Assessment and Progress Monitoring: Administer formal and informal assessments to determine students’ English language proficiency levels and track their progress.
