Repairs may include, but are not limited to removing damaged fenders, panels, grills, and reassembling the vehicle parts after painting is complete.SIGN-ON BONUS AND MORE – Start in December 2025 and receive:A one-time payment of $1500 on your first paycheck100% of costs to move tools covered (moved in December 2025)OUR BODY TECHNICIANS CAN MAKE UP TO: $28-$32 flag rate/commissionBENEFITS OF JOINING CALIBERBenefits from day one – Immediately eligible for medical, dental and visionIndustry Comparable Pay – Paid weeklyState of the Art Products – 3M Collision Repair ProductsPaid Vacation & Holidays – Begin accruing day 1Career growth opportunities – We promote from withinPaid Skilled Trainings and Certifications – I-CAR and ASEREQUIREMENTS2+ years of prior experience as a collision repair technician required; I-CAR & ASE certifications preferredMust currently have or be willing to obtain proper tools to successfully complete job duties as assigned ABILITIES/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work ordersFrame equipment and structural body repair preferredEffective verbal and written communication skillsWork through competing priorities and adapt easily to a fast-paced environmentAbility to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customersPursuant to the California Fair Chance Act, Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, and San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
