Bright Pathways ABA is growing in West Texas — and we’re looking for a friendly, energetic, people-loving Sales Representative to help us build relationships with pediatric practices and other community partners across Odessa and Midland.If you love meeting new people, enjoy being on the move, and have a natural talent for connecting with others, this role is for you.⭐ About the RoleYou will be the face of our company in the Odessa/Midland area. Your job is to visit pediatric clinics, family medicine offices, psychologists, daycares, schools, and other local organizations — and introduce them to Bright Pathways ABA.Your goal:Help these organizations understand what ABA therapy is, what services we offer, and why they should confidently refer families to us.This is a hands-on, relationship-building role.We provide:A detailed list of locations to visitPrinted materials to leave behindSimple scripts and talking pointsSupport and guidance every step of the wayYou bring:A friendly personalityGenuine enthusiasmConfidence in speaking with peopleA true “sales mindset”⭐ Compensation$15/hr$200 commission for any referral from a location you visited that becomes an active ABA client with usFlexible scheduleFuel/mileage reimbursement available⭐ What You’ll Be DoingVisits & Relationship BuildingTravel to pediatric clinics, medical offices, therapy centers, daycares, and community organizationsIntroduce Bright Pathways ABA and explain our services in a warm, confident, and clear wayDrop off brochures, referral pads, and informational materialBuild rapport with front desk staff, nurses, office managers, and physiciansFollow-Up StrategyTwo–three weeks after the first visit, return with a small gift (cookies, snacks, a thank-you bag, etc.)Warm follow-up phone calls to stay top-of-mindLight ongoing check-ins every few weeksTrack your visits and referrals (we’ll show you how)⭐ What Makes Someone a Great Fit?You’re friendly, outgoing, confident, and naturally good with peopleYou enjoy being “on the go” instead of sitting at a computer all dayYou’re comfortable walking into offices and introducing yourselfYou have genuine sales experience (preferred, but personality matters most)You’re reliable, organized, and keep track of visits and follow-upsYou care about helping families and children in your communityNo clinical background needed — we’ll teach you everything you need to know about our ABA services.⭐ Why Work With UsBright Pathways ABA is a growing, mission-driven company dedicated to supporting children with autism and their families.
