THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR CONCRETE FINISHER - LABORER

THE SCHEDULE:

Enjoy a steady Monday-Friday schedule, working from 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, giving you your evenings and weekends to relax and recharge.

YOUR ROLE:

As our Concrete Finisher - Laborer, you arrive on-site ready to shape raw materials into a finished product that will last for years to come. You start by setting up the forms, leveling the ground, and ensuring everything is prepped for a smooth pour. Once the concrete arrives, you assist in mixing and pouring, carefully following project specifications to ensure consistency and quality. Then, with skillful hands, you smooth and finish the surface using trowels, floats, and edgers, bringing each project to life with precision and craftsmanship. Some days, you tackle repairs-patching cracks, resurfacing worn areas, and restoring old concrete to its former glory. Throughout it all, you keep your workspace organized, maintain your tools, and follow safety procedures to protect yourself and your team.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of concrete experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Live in or near the Avon Lake area
