Previous breakfast experience is extremely helpful and ability to multitask and produce at an extremely high volume are the keys to success in the cook position. Priority will be given to candidates with the strongest availability and flexibility. Sundays are an absolute must, as this is our busiest day of the week. Advancement opportunities in the next 12-18 months are possible from this role and location.Responsibilities of the Line Cook:Have an interest (passion preferred) for cooking and comfortable with customer special orders.Prepare food to recipeKnow our menu and its ingredients in detailAttention to detail with a commitment to qualify and safetyMaintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen, each workstation and equipment.Demonstrate outstanding hospitality and service throughout each shift with guests, managers, and team membersEngage in teamworkFollows all sanitation and safety policiesPerforms other duties as assigned by managementReport any safety/mechanical issues to management immediatelySkills of the Line Cook:Excellent Culinary skills (knife cuts, etc.) required.Able to work and think in a fast-paced environment while producing a repetition of items per the approved recipe.Able to excel in high pressure environmentsAble to follow written and verbal instructionsQualifications / Requirements of the Line Cook:Enjoy working in a kitchen environment - 6 months or more experience in a restaurant kitchen would be big plusMust be a team playerHigh school diploma preferredBenefits/Perks:$13.00 - $15.00 per hourOne meal per shiftT-shirt and hat providedOpportunities to grow with the company - Management Opportunities and MORE
