However, moderate to extensive travel is required. We seek an organized, adaptable, communicative, and values-driven entrepreneurial professional to join our team as our Recruitment Manager. This role reports directly to the Senior Director of Recruitment, Onboarding and Compliance and will collaborate regularly with the Onboarding and Compliance team, operations managers, and selected vendors. This role manages vendors and direct reports. What Youll Do: Oversee and manage direct reports to ensure we meet hiring goals Track, improve, evaluate, and be accountable for the team's performance metricsOrganize and motivate people to accomplish activities on time and with qualitySupport and lean in when capacity is neededListen to call recordings to provide coaching and techniques to improve recruitment conversionKeep all training materials up to date Manage the high-volume recruitment process across all metro areas Generate leads using online and offline platformsEnsure recruitment materials reflect the most current information (interview rubric, interview questions, job postings etc.)Support execution of driver referral programAssist senior management with executing strategies on how to improve the applicant experience (ie: testing AI, consistently refining our driver personas)A and B test job ads to see what context yields the best resultsCreate, maintain, and execute recruitment travel calendar Support employer brand efforts. Collect reviews from current driversKeep online presence up to date and fresh, so we can attract top talent (including but not limited to Indeed page, social media sites, etc.)Identify opportunities for improvement by reviewing and escalating negative reviews and feedback. Updates and maintains the applicant tracking system and other related recruitment systems. Create and maintain driver personas. Other duties as assigned Qualified applicants must have: At least 3 years as a recruitment lead, sourcer, or similar position with a strong track record of successful and timely recruitmentAt least 2 years of remote work experience2-4 years of people management experience3 years high-volume recruitment experience across multiple statesDemonstrated experience leveraging technology to improve process efficiency and effectivenessExperience hiring non-salary positionsHighly proficient in Google Suite tools, specifically Gmail, Google Docs, sheets, and Slides (or equivalent platform ie: Microsoft)Read, write, and speak English at a proficient levelAt least 18 years oldHave a working computer with a camera and microphoneHave a reliable internet connection Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with FountainExperience recruiting for a position that is highly regulated (ie: bus drivers)Knowledge of pupil transportation industry processes and regulationsAbility to demonstrate leveraging online and offline recruitment lead sourcesExperience A&B testing adsExperience leveraging Ai in the recruitment process The successful applicant will be: Inspired by our mission and valuesAble to exhibit our company competencies at the application level (review by clicking here)Comfortable with ambiguity and an ever-changing environmentComfortable with navigating multiple online platformsExcited and invested in influencing people to achieve department goalsA problem solver who can perform independently with minimal supervisionAn effective written and verbal communicatorOutgoing, personable, and persuasive What We Do: At BuckledIn, we eliminate transportation as a barrier to childrens success.
