As an Igloo Cocktail Server at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you'll be responsible for serving drinks in a precise, timely, and professional manner while ensuring high standards of customer service in the Beverage outlet and outdoor igloo area.Grand Geneva in Lake Geneva is a 1,300 acre, AAA Four Diamond resort and spa recognized as a Top Resort in the Midwest by Conde Nast Traveler. This award-winning, all-seasons destination features over 746 guest accommodations, the WELL Spa & Salon, two championship golf courses, fitness facilities, a ski hill and terrain park, and 9 unique food and beverage outlets. We are a longstanding symbol of home and family, rooted in tradition and eager to shape a brighter future together.What will you be doing:Maintain service station and floor cleanliness before, during, and after shift.Greet guests in a timely, friendly, and courteous manner and explain all specials, promotions, and food options.Take orders and recite selection of all call and premium brands as requested. This will require memorization of all available drinks, beer, and wines.Provide appropriate snack and garnish with all beverages.Input orders in a timely manner into point of sale system to inform bartender of order. Keep guest tables and floors clean, and assist with bar area organization.Replenish beverages and check guest satisfaction regularly.Present check promptly, handle payments, and balance charges.
