Job Description Job Overview: In this role, the selected candidate will assist the Store Manager in leading the sales team, managing daily operations, and promoting sales of our products to our Dealer Network and HVAC Contractors. Candidate will provide superior customer service to our customers; maintain store sales performance, cost controls, inventory control, and business strategy. The Assistant Manager will also develop his/her staff, new business and assets, and provide HVAC technical support. Must be an extroverted leader who can inspire a multi-location team of people. This individual must also possess strong process management skills to assist in driving results and also identifying new ways to improve current processes and procedures. This is a full time position, all work is done onsite. Duties: Generate counter sales for branch Ability to manage multiple priorities including inventory, audits, personnel management, and budgets Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Strong communication skills is a must Proficient in conflict resolution Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ability to cross reference equipment in our system Prior customer service experience preferred  Will work as a team and help in other department as needed
