Qualifications:
  • Must possess an excellent attitude, experience, ability to diagnose, multitask, and be able to communicate effectively. 

Job Responsibilities include but subject to change:
  • Visually inspect and document the condition of the vehicle based on customers' requests or concerns.
  • Conduct initial diagnostic testing to identify specific issues impacting vehicles.
  • Perform maintenance services on vehicles ranging from routine maintenance such as oil changes and lube services, to more complex services as needed.
  • Document all services and repairs performed to provide to service advisors and/or customers.
  • Identify any additional recommendations for services and communicate with management.
  • Communicate with other service staff and/or customers if additional services are required and ensure information is documented and outlined.
  • Maintain a clean and safe service department.
  • Perform tablet-based visual inspections and maximize recommendations.
