This role is active, fun, and meaningful you help children build confidence, strength, and social skills through structured play and fitness. Responsibilities Teach childrens fitness classes, preschool programs, and parent/child classes Lead activities, songs, games, and movement routines Provide excellent customer service to parents and caregivers Host birthday parties and special events (tips included) Ensure a clean, safe, healthy environment Support daily operations and work collaboratively with the team What Were Looking For High-energy, friendly, and comfortable engaging with kids Reliable communicator with strong teamwork skills Confident performing, speaking, or leading in front of groups Ability to work 25+ hours per week, including weekends Comfortable with cleaning and maintaining safety standards Experience in sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, theatre, or early childhood education is a big plus What We Offer Competitive hourly pay (Party hosts regularly earn additional tips on weekends, increasing overall hourly earnings).
