Our customers can rest assured that we'll find the problem with their unit and provide a solution. Each service technician has a minimum of 4 years of experience, with most technicians having an average of 8 years or more. We only use the best products and tools to work on equipment, which means we find the issue faster and more accurately, saving our customers money. By taking pictures and going into detail on all invoices, our customers know what they are being charged and why. This is why we have an extensive training program, a supportive environment, excellent benefits, competitive pay, resources to grow, and a great work-life balance. ABOUT YOUR ROLE AS A RESIDENTIAL MAINTENANCE TECHKey Responsibilities:Preventative Maintenance: Inspect and maintain HVAC systems, cleaning condenser coils, evaporator coils, air filters, and more.Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose and fix common issues like poor airflow, malfunctioning thermostats, and other minor repairs.Customer Interaction: Explain maintenance findings and recommendations to homeowners and answer questions about system operation and energy efficiency.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed reports on system conditions and repairs and keep accurate records of service history.The Minimum Requirements to Be Considered:Experience with residential HVAC systems, including components, troubleshooting, and repairsProficiency with hand tools and diagnostic equipmentBasic understanding of electrical systems and wiring diagrams as they apply to HVAC unitsStrong customer service skills – ability to communicate effectively with homeownersAbility to work in confined spaces, climb ladders, and lift heavy equipmentEPA Certification (required to handle refrigerants) READY TO JOIN THE INTEGRITY REFRIGERATION AND AC TEAM?We're looking for a high-performance team member who takes pride in their work and is committed to delivering excellence.
