Job Responsibilities: Conduct rigorous audits across production, packaging, sanitation, and warehousing, ensuring compliance with FDA GMPs and company protocols. Maintain keen oversight of processes and equipment, championing adherence to GMP policies and regulatory benchmarks. Document and organize QA activities meticulously, providing transparent insights into operational integrity. Execute sensory evaluations on raw materials, work-in-process items, and finished goods, ensuring optimal quality standards. Prepare diligently for 3rd party food safety audits, showcasing our commitment to industry-leading practices. Investigate Quality Assurance challenges, delivering actionable reports to drive continuous improvement. Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in food science or related discipline preferred, showcasing your academic prowess and commitment to excellence. In-depth knowledge of FDA GMPs, FSMA regulations, and industry requirements, underlining your expertise in regulatory compliance. Proficiency in HACCP principles, food safety methodologies, and sanitation practices, demonstrating your strategic approach to quality assurance. Familiarity with advanced food manufacturing processes and quality systems, highlighting your adaptability and industry acumen. Proven experience with 3rd party food safety audits, affirming your track record in maintaining industry-leading standards. Self-motivated and proactive, with a knack for thriving in autonomous work environments.
