The Club at 12 OaksShift Leader: Golf Cart Attendant.Days: Monday-Sunday | Morning/ Afternoon & Weekend Availability Required.About the Job:The Club at 12 Oaks is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Golf Cart Shift Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional service to our members & guests, assist in golf shop operations, and support our player services. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for golf and a desire to work in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.Experience Required:Qualifications, Experience, and Skill Requirements:Friendly and positive personality.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Basic computer skills, including familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Office.Ability to pick up Northstar POS system quickly.Dependability and a strong work ethic.Knowledge of the game of golf is preferred.Supervising a team of cart staff during shift.Position Responsibilities:Process customer reservations for members & guests of the golf course.Provide customer service to arriving members & guests to expedite the check-in process.Arrange and display golf shop inventory as necessary and directed.Process green and cart fees, as well as other revenue, and process them in the POS system as trained.Issue receipts for member & guest purchases.Take messages for staff or guests.Assist in packing and unpacking inventory and golf operations supplies.Assist in the reconciliation of cash and accounts receivable charges at the end of the day.Perform related duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.Ensuring Range, Carts and service to the membership is to standard deemed by Director of Golf and Golf Professionals.Shift Leader that are responsible for day to day operations amongst cart staff.Relaying and being a direct line from Supervisors to Cart Staff.How to Apply:If you are a customer-focused individual with a passion for golf, we encourage you to apply.
