This role drives system-wide initiatives that strengthen communication, compassion, safety, and service excellence while fostering a culture of empathy and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a system-wide patient experience strategy aligned with organizational goals.Lead patient experience operations, including patient relations, service recovery, satisfaction programs, and experience rounding.Build and promote a culture of empathy, communication excellence, accountability, and staff engagement.Analyze patient experience data to identify trends and implement improvement action plans.Partner with clinical and operational leaders to enhance communication, care transitions, and workflow efficiency.Oversee patient and family engagement programs, including PFACs and initiatives that support health literacy and shared decision-making.Must be willing to travel for work-related assignments.Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, Organizational Leadership, or a related field.10+ years of healthcare leadership, including 5+ years in patient experience, quality, or service excellence.Proven success leading cultural or system-wide experience improvement initiatives.Strong knowledge of patient satisfaction and feedback tools (e.g., HCAHPS, Press Ganey, NRC).Your leadership.
