Coaches and develops associates. Ensure the gallery has hospitality items throughout the sales gallery in all locations. Promotes awareness of brand image internally and externally. Cleans and maintains equipment and supplies. Completes all Daily Checklists and reports and turns them into management at the end of the shift. Guest Experience and Company Standards Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs. Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly. Contribute to team goals. Always follow company policies and safety procedures. To Become a Supervisor Specialist Sales Front Desk:  Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone. Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Sales experience preferred.
