Responsibilities:- Conduct property tours for potential residents and provide information about available units- Responsible for the leasing process, including application review, lease preparation, and move-in coordination- Respond to inquiries from current and prospective tenants in a timely and professional manner- Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and tenant interactions in the property management system (Fortress)- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure efficient turnover of units and timely resolution of maintenance requests- Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional services or amenities to tenants- Stay up-to-date on local rental market trends and competitor pricing to assist with setting rental rates- Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and regulations in all leasing activitiesSkills:- Strong knowledge of property leasing processes and procedures- Proficiency in using property management software to track leasing activities and manage tenant information- Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills- Basic understanding of real estate administrative tasks, including lease preparation and documentation- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for general office tasks- Handle the company's social media postingsTo be an effective Leasing Consultant at Evergreen Real Estate, you will need to: Have a great attitudeHave high expectationsWork with passionHave a tireless work ethicBe confidentBe self-sufficient and self-motivatedTake pride in your workBe a good listenerOffer a solution with every problemGo above and beyond for your residentsNote: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
