Qualifications Candidates must have:● an Ph.D. or MD, PhD in areas such as analytical chemistry, molecular biology, biology, biochemistry, computational biology or preferably interdisciplinary sciences merging laboratory and bioinformatic skills● excellent scientific productivity, evidenced by high-quality research publications in peer- reviewed journals● track record of conducting independent and creative research● analytical aptitude for devising innovative scientific or technical solutions● excellent verbal and written communication skillsHands-on skills and knowledge in one or more of the following areas would be considered an advantage:● state-of-the-art mass spectrometry-based proteomics● expertise in statistical and/or computational analysis of large-scale proteomic or genomic data● analysis of cell signaling pathways/networks● cell biology/ biochemical methods to understand protein function● domain expertise in a disease area such as cancer, metabolic or infectious disease The expected base salary range for this position as listed above is based on a 40 hour per week schedule. Broad provides pay ranges representing its reasonable and good faith estimate of what the organization reasonably expects to pay for a position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will vary based on factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, qualifications, and other factors permissible by law.At Broad, your base pay is just one part of a comprehensive total rewards package.
