The individual will be responsible for leading the HV Hardware Architecture within Ford Performance’s Electrified Motorsports vehicles. You'll have... Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering 2+ years of experience related to electrified vehicle powertrain systems development. 2+ years of experience in HV EDS design (fusing, bussing, contactor selection, creepage/clearance, . Knowledge of HV EDS testing methods. Strong communication and organizational skills. Strong team player, ability to work with multiple suppliers, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with high responsibility.
