As a key player in the field operations team, you'll lead and work alongside your crew to ensure each project is delivered with precision, quality, and safety. Working with us means joining a close-knit team that communicates openly, supports each other, and builds with pride.Learn more at www.hillmanoutdoorliving.comKey ResponsibilitiesSupervise and participate in the day-to-day tasks of a landscape/hardscape crewEnsure all project phases are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standardsOperate various heavy equipment as needed on-siteMaintain jobsite cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety protocolsFollow and enforce project deadlines and site plansAssist with project layout, material handling, and installationCommunicate clearly with team members, subcontractors, and supervisorsAddress on-site issues quickly and professionallyUphold the company's core values and promote teamworkQualificationsMinimum 4 years of experience in residential landscaping or hardscapingHigh school diploma or GEDBilingual preferred (English/Spanish)Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-orientedAble to operate heavy equipment (skid steers, mini-excavators, etc.)Strong commitment to safety and quality craftsmanshipResults-driven with excellent problem-solving abilitiesEnjoys leading teams and fostering a positive work environmentValid driver's license and reliable transportationBenefitsWeekly pay cyclePaid Time Off (holidays, vacation, and sick time)Company vehicle provided for job-related travelCompany uniformsPaid training and certificationsTech package (smartphone or tablet)Team-building events and company gatheringsScheduleFull-time, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays required as neededLocationOn-site at residential project locations in the greater Fort Worth, TX areaEqual Employment Opportunity StatementWe are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
