Junior Staff Accountant

Job Description We are searching for a Junior Staff Accountant with a company in Palm Beach, Florida. You will be working directly under the CFO & Controller who will provide guidance and mentorship to train and teach you all aspects of Accounting. Company comes with many great perks Competitive compensation Responsibilities: Accounts payable Process lessee invoices and actively monitor accounts receivable balances Process incoming invoices Prepare bank wires/transfers and maintain bank reconciliations Prepare general ledgers and journal entries Prepare quarter-end and year-end closes Assist in the preparation of financials Assist in the preparation of capital calls and distributions Assist with year end and annual budget Special projects as needed Qualifications: Accounting Bachelors degree or finishing completion of degree Team player Strong communication Ability to collaborate All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
