Strong electrical skills are a requirement. Mon-Fri 7:00am - 3:30pm, with as needed overtime.RequirementsSoft Skills: Positive Attitude Self motivated Willingness to help where needed, when needed. Ability and willingness to cooperate and communicate with other employees, supervisors and outside contacts Job Related Skills / Abilities: Troubleshoot and repair electrical stoppages Troubleshoot and repair mechanical stoppages Minimize stoppages through Preventive Maintenance Welding and fabrication abilities are a plus BenefitsNo Staffing Agency, direct hire, most benefits effective day of hire.10 paid holidays + 1 week vacation after 6 months, 2 weeks after 18 months, 3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 10.Medical, dental and vision insurance is offered at very reasonable rates (Family coverage is approximately $100 per week).Company paid life insurance for employee, optional coverage is available for family at additional discounted cost.Uniforms provided at no charge.
