Ensure that customers receive courteous and efficient service. Greet customers in a friendly manner and understand customer needs. Provide assistance with vehicle demonstration, delivery and follow-up after the purchase. Follow dealership and manufacturer guidelines and procedures. Work in a fast-paced environment. Review individual CSI, sales and production metrics. Set goals for individual performance and seek opportunities to improve. Drive business through solicitation while training to advance in automotive sales. Collaborate with coworkers to solve problems for customers and the department.
