No prior experience is required, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.Responsibilities:Assist body technicians with vehicle preparation and minor repair tasksWill work with the body shop technicians, painters, estimators, and detailers to ensure the best customer service experience.Ordering parts that are needed for repairs and keeping all parts needed for repair in order.Examines damaged vehicles and performs the repairs per the estimate.Documenting all work performed.Will clean the shop after the vehicle has been repaired and returned to the customerWill do a post-repair inspection and road test.Qualifications:Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordPass a background check and drug screenStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periodsReliable, punctual, and team-orientedPrevious automotive or shop experience is a plus, but not requiredIf you're motivated, dependable, and interested in a hands-on role in the auto repair industry, we'd love to hear from you.
