We will train you ourselves If you have a clean driving record, a high school diploma or equivalent, good work ethic, and are willing to learn, this may be a great position for you to jump start your career The HVAC Install Helper position performs installation of new HVAC equipment in existing and new construction residential and commercial properties. HVAC Install Helper's work may include but is not limited to: installation of duct work and HVAC equipment, performing start-ups on HVAC equipment and installing and terminating line and low voltage wiring. Pay Range: $18 per hour Duties and ResponsibilitiesInstallation of duct work and HVAC equipmentAbility to work in confined spaces (attic and under houses)Maintain, clean and stock company vehicleEnsure a clean and safe work areaMaintain safety protocols with home owners or guestAbility to communicate with owners or guests professionallyAbility to work well with coworkersFollow direction of job superintendentPerform other duties as assigned by management  Work DaysNormal work schedule is Monday through Friday but must have the ability to work weekends, holidays and afterhours, when required. Physical RequirementsMust be able to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, lift, grasp, twist, and bend for extended periods of time.Lift and carry material weighing up to 75 lbs.; occasionally lifting items weighing more than 100 lbs. with assistance.Ability to climb and utilize a ladder safely.Good physical fitness: hand-eye coordination and ability to quickly respond to sounds.Must be able to work indoors and outdoors, including outdoors in times of excessive heat and inclement weather. QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsValid driver's license BenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision, PTO Accrual plan, Voluntary Life, Short term and long term disability, Critical Illness, Accident Insurance Transparency in Coverage ActThis link leads to the machine-readable files that are made available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule and includes negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers.
