Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesEchoStar's Talent Acquisition team is seeking a high volume Recruiter to join an elite group of recruiting professionals who focus on delivering a flawless and swift candidate experience. This is a high exposure/high volume role that will give you the opportunity to leverage strong communication and relationship-building skills. This position supports our Direct Sales group and works with a variety of hiring managers and business partners at all levels of the organization, across the entire country.Key Responsibilities:Manage high-volume candidate pipelines by reviewing applications, pre-screening, and scheduling interviewsLead sourcing efforts to attract and convert quality applicants into hiresPartner with hiring managers to align staffing needs with business goals through regular strategy and feedback sessionsUse data and reporting to track recruiting metrics, identify trends, and recommend process improvementsSupport recruiting projects and communicate HR policies and initiatives to stakeholdersProvide exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience through clear communication, prioritization, and timely follow-upThis position has onsite requirements, the candidate needs to be located in the Denver Metro area. Skills, Experience and RequirementsEducation and Experience:3+ years of experience in Human Resources or Talent AcquisitionBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferredProven experience as a high-volume recruiter or in a similar roleSkills and Qualifications:Strong ability to identify, attract, and engage high-caliber talent, with experience leveraging recruiting software, ATS, and professional/social platformsData-driven and resourceful problem-solver, capable of analyzing complex situations and developing creative, evidence-based solutionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence and partner effectively across all organizational levelsProven ability to manage multiple priorities, thrive in fast-paced environments, and adapt positively to changeResults-oriented, accountable, and committed to continuous improvement and high-quality executionBeing bilingual in Spanish is a plusVisa sponsorship not available for this role Salary RangesCompensation: $63,150.00/Year - $80,000.00/Year BenefitsWe also offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: .
