Security Professional Flex Officer

Job Description Hourly Pay Rate: $18.50Mon-Sun, all shifts.This is a flex role, the officer will fill in on an as needed basis and must be able to work any day and any shift.Monitor and control access to the residential location, verifying identification and credentials of residents, visitors, and vendors according to site-specific procedures.Provide customer service by assisting residents and guests with inquiries and addressing security-related concerns in a professional manner.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.Conduct regular and random patrols of the property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and observe for unusual activity or conditions.Document observations and incidents in detailed reports as required by site and Allied Universal policies.Collaborate with local authorities and emergency services as necessary, supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.Follow site-specific policies and procedures at all times, adapting to the unique needs of the residential environment.Allied Universal® is hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer.
