OverviewThe Ski Patrol Dispatcher serves as the central communication hub for all Ski Patrol operations at The Highlands at Harbor Springs. This position is responsible for coordinating emergency response, maintaining clear radio communications, tracking incidents, and providing critical administrative support to ensure guest and employee safety on the mountain.
