Allow our pre-arrival Concierge to stock your villa’s kitchen fully, sign up for group classes in our open-air Yoga Pavilion and stay as long as you’d like.About the roleAt Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara, Pool Servers are responsible for arranging seating areas, taking/servingfood and beverage orders, and being knowledgeable about all current menu options and beverage lists, and efficiently clearing and restocking items to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for our owners and guests.What you will do:Conduct all opening and closing procedures.Wipe down, set up and move all pool deck equipment, when necessary. Pick up, stock/restock, and drop off towels, juices, fruits, and other items or amenities needed in the area to provide guests with a level of service in keeping with Four Seasons standards.Assist owners and guests with seating, towels, amenities and food and beverage service.Describe the selection of menu items to guests by offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of the each item’s, origin, taste, and preparation methods; communicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to the kitchen using the point-of-sales system; coordinate food timings; check completed kitchen orders with the guest’s original order; transport items to the guest in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality. Respond properly in any Residence Club emergency or safety situation.Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by Residence Club management and staff.What you bring:Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skillsAbility to lift up to 40lbs.Previous food and beverage experience, preferredMust be at least 21 years of ageSan Diego County Food Handlers card (not required upon hire) and Responsible Beverage Service certificationDriving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role, a valid California Driver's License is necessaryWhat we offer:Hourly Rate: $17.60 plus gratuities401(k) Retirement Savings PlanExcellent training and development opportunitiesComplimentary dry cleaning for employee uniforms Complimentary employee mealsSchedule & Hours:Full TimeDays, evenings, weekends and holidaysFour Seasons is an Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action employer.
