Children's Therapy Place, Inc. is currently recruiting for a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist for our Meridian clinic.Children’s Therapy Place is a full-service outpatient pediatric therapy practice with locations in the Treasure Valley and Magic Valley. If this sounds like you, then we want to hear from youWhat you’ll do:Provides Speech Therapy services to clients and initiates referrals when appropriate and in accordance with Speech Therapy Department procedures.Evaluates clients to obtain data necessary for treatment planning and implementation. Conducts specialized evaluations as indicated.Develops treatment plans by identifying a problem list, including short and long term goals and methods to achieve identified goals.Implements and conducts treatment plan as outlined in treatment plan.Monitors client’s response to intervention and modifies treatment as indicated to attain goals.Documents results of clients’ assessment, treatment, follow-up, and termination of services.Adapts treatment to meet the individual needs of the client.Recommends and obtains appropriate equipment to improve client’s communication.
