Job Description **$ SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE** LifeSpan Therapy, a CarDon & Associates partner, is now seeking a CERTIFIED OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT. The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant provides compassionate and quality rehabilitation services under the direction of a Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR). When low census, must be willing to travel within a 30 mile radius to provide therapy coverage. (Mileage/time reimbursed). If a therapist is hired as a Float therapist, all Float therapists can be asked to travel to any LifeSpan/Cardon community (travel time reimbursed). CarDon & Associates is an Indiana-based and family-owned provider of senior living options and lifestyle support services, ranging from independent living and assisted living to skilled nursing and memory care. When we adopted the professional approach to service and team approach to caregiving, we know that family is always first.
