We will TrainAs an hourly Team Member, you will responsible for providing exceptional guest service and support, while working closely with the Restaurant Managers and other Team Members to maintain operational standards and procedures. As an important member of the team and will be supported with the tools and training needed to succeed in our dynamic fast food / quick service organization.Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Greet guests with a smile, receive orders, process payments and respond appropriately to customer issuesPerform quick service restaurant duties at multiple workstations (e.g., front counter, Drive-Thru, prep boards, expediter, etc.)Operate cash register or point of sale devices, as needed, and uses value-added suggestive-selling techniques to generate additional sales opportunitiesVerify the accuracy of fast food guests’ ordersPrepare and package food and drink productsClean kitchen area, counters, food preparation areas and utensilsClean dining room, restrooms and exterior groundsMaintain health and safety standards in work areasUnload and stock inventory items as neededPrompt and regular attendance on assigned shiftsFollow BURGER KING® uniform and grooming standards and policiesWork to resolve issues that may arise in the restaurantLearn team effectiveness skills; work with others to achieve team goalsRespond to guests’ needs in a professional and polite mannerCommunicate in a positive manner with customers, peers, and managersRequirements:Previous fast food / quick service restaurant experience is preferred but not required; we will trainEffective customer service skillsWillingness to accomplish all quick service restaurant tasksDesire to work in a fast-paced, goal oriented environmentUpbeat, positive attitude with great ability to work within a team environmentReliable transportationAbility to work nights, weekends and holidaysGeneral math skillsMust be able to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift, lift 30 to 50 pounds and use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wristsMust be at least sixteen (16) years of ageCompensation:Wages are commensurate with experience.
