Position Summary MAG Aerospace is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry level Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build expertise in wireless communications and radio network infrastructure. As an entry-level engineer, you’ll assist in the development, testing, and fielding of systems that enable radio frequency surveying, signals collection, direction finding and electromagnetic attack and protection operations. Under the mentorship and guidance from experienced engineers, you will gain hands-on experience with next-generation spectrum warfare systems and military technologies.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing team with multiple opportunities for upward advancement supporting EW&C. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Collaborate with senior engineers on integration and testing of Terrestrial Layer System platformsDocument network configurations and maintain accurate recordsParticipate in site surveys and assist with equipment installationParticipate in field exercises and data collection to validate system performanceStay updated on industry standards and emerging technologiesMaintains flexibility to adapt to evolving project needs and may be assigned additional duties as required to support mission objectives Requirements Clearance: SecretBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications or relating fieldBasic understanding of wireless communication principles and RF PropagationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to grasp and apply new information quickly and handle increasing responsibilities with growing complexityExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesWillingness to travel and work in field environmentsEducation and Certification Requirements: Bachelors degree required.
