Troubleshooting Skills:Must be a quick thinker, able to examine issues and resolve them in a prompt and professional manner. Excellent Communication Skills:Must be able to communicate effectively with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers and Commercial Customers.
