Job Title: Landscape Construction ForemanThe Tree and Landscape Company has been creating signature landscapes in Jackson Hole since 2001.  Our team is a dynamic mix of landscape and arboriculture professionals that contribute to a rewarding work environment.  The team is growing and we are looking for a Landscape Construction Foreman.  This would be a full time position, overseeing our commercial and residential client base. This position would also have the opportunity for year round employment opportunities. Responsibilities:The Landscape Construction Foreman is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of a landscape construction crew. This includes planning, organizing, and supervising the work of crew members, as well as ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.As a Landscape Construction Foreman, you will:Plan and organize the work of the landscape construction crewSupervise and direct the activities of crew membersEnsure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of qualityInspect the work of crew members and provide feedbackResolve any issues or problems that may arise during the course of a projectMaintain a safe and productive work environmentComply with all safety regulations and proceduresKeep accurate records of all work performedCommunicate with clients and other stakeholders to keep them informed of the progress of projectsRepresent the company in a professional mannerQualifications:In this role, a qualified candidate will have:High school diploma or equivalent3+ years of experience in landscape constructionStrong leadership and management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of landscape construction materials and methodsStrong organization and time management skillsProficiency with landscape construction equipmentValid driver's licenseBi-lingual preferred, but not requiredCompensation:Hourly wage range of $30 to $40 per hour depending on experienceHealth Insurance, Dental, and Vision401KPerformance BonusAdditional:There is an additional possibility for housingOpportunity to work on a variety of challenging and rewarding projectsChance to make a positive impact on the communityE04JI801vo06406neie
