Your role will include:Shape the Conversation: Review internal communications and reporting and share your ideas to make them clearer and more engaging.Think Like a Problem-Solver: Analyze how we manage client partner information and brainstorm ways to make our systems more efficient.Keep Things Running Smoothly: Help with daily tasks like updating client agreement files and your attention to detail will keep us on track.Be Part of the Action: Join team discussions and sit in on client meetings to see how business decisions happen in real time.Drive Innovation: Assist with process improvement projects that enable us to work smarter and faster.Promote Team Spirit: Help promote team engagement and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture.Enhance the Client Experience: Work on refining client service processes and documentation to make onboarding easier and strengthen long-term partnerships.Jump In Where Needed: Support the team with ad-hoc projects related to client management and contracting; every day brings something new.Minimum Qualifications Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program and be a rising Junior graduating by summer of 2027 Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale Proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, advanced functions) and PowerPointBasic understanding of asset management, mutual funds and financial markets Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong leadership, initiative, and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical abilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail Must be able to work in one of Invesco’s offices where the program is available Preferred QualificationsWorking towards a college degree in Finance, Economics or a business discipline major preferredCreative problem-solving and analytical thinkingAgility in managing shifting priorities and thriving in dynamic environmentsExperience with data visualization tools like Power BI or TableauUnderstanding of AI applications (e.g., chatbots, predictive analytics)What you getCareer Launchpad – Build real-world skills and set the foundation for a future at Invesco—and beyondYour Own Mentor – Get paired with a mentor to guide your experience and support your growthIntern Community – Join a crew of fellow interns to collaborate, share ideas, and get to know—both in and out of the office.
