OEA Administration handles Personnel Actions, Contracts & Procurement and Budget. OEA Administration liaises with the Community Affairs unit within the Bureau of Government Affairs which is responsible for channeling public health information to and from elected officials, community-based organizations, community boards and the general public. Position Summary: Reporting to the Director of Contract and Procurement, the Associate Contract Specialist will work closely with various bureaus within the Office of External Affairs to identify and pursue new services or projects that require contracts. The specialist will assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing a variety of contracts to support these initiatives.
