Lead. Repeat: Our Sales Director lead, manages and holds their team accountable including Sales Managers and some support sales staff. This position is responsible for providing direction and vision regarding the profitable growth of Imperial Beverage in the east region. We take great pride in choosing leaders who can handle the hard work, think strategically and create solutions, motivate their team to achieve goals, and show a passion for leading and developing others.
