We're hiring full-time W-2 Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) to provide K–12 school-based services for the 2025–2026 school year. Learn more about who we are and why specialists love working with us at sage-connections.com Position Details Caseload: Multiple caseloads available (K–12) Schedule: Monday–Friday, roughly 7:30 - 3:30 depending on school site Hours: 35 hours/week Dates: ASAP – May 29, 2026, with potential to renew Location: Onsite in Saint Augustine Responsibilities Provide direct speech and language therapy services in accordance with students’ IEPs Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress Maintain accurate documentation and service logs Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student goal planning Qualifications Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Valid Florida Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License ASHA CCC preferred (CFs welcome—supervision available) School-based experience preferred but not required Strong collaboration and organization skills Why Join Sage Connections?
