ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM: The Knot Worldwide has an opportunity for a highly-motivated Partnerships Specialist to support our exciting in-house online eCommerce Business Development team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, this role is suited for someone who is highly organized, has great written and verbal communication, and can build & maintain cross-functional relationships. This candidate will support the larger eCommerce strategy and be an integral part of our growth RESPONSIBILITIES:  Seller Prospecting & Portfolio Management Conduct outreach to new brands/companies for prospective relationships Identify new and creative ways to source key brands Liaise all inbound inquiries, handle internal evaluation process, and keep decision record Log inbound volume and measure against recent brand press or campaigns Responsible for internal dashboard upkeep, including brand statuses and prioritization Collect and organize commercial agreements & documentation, owning renewal calendar & team reminders Manage the end-to-end seller pitch and onboarding process for select categories Reporting & Project Management Lead campaign reporting & analysis for internal and external initiatives  Collaborate with Merchandising on newly launched sellers’ performance system Identify brand candidates for deeper partnerships and enterprise spend growth Build & execute framework for seller sentiment tracking + future seller portal Support Business Development team in preparation for key partner meetings Key developer of Business Development’s quarterly competitive analysis SUCCESSFUL PARTNERSHIPS SPECIALIST CANDIDATES HAVE: 1-2+ years of eCommerce partnership experience preferred Bachelor's Degree required Well organized and well versed in Excel/Google sheets Analytical and data-driven; experience in web analytics preferred Excels in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment Creative thinker and problem-solver determined to achieve the desired outcome Effective written, verbal and cross-functional collaboration skills #LI-REMOTE At The Knot Worldwide, we believe you are more than a resume and invite you to go for it, take the leap of faith, and apply for this job if it sparks your passion to join TKWW and make a difference WHAT WE LOVE ABOUT YOU: You Dream Big.
