We are headquartered in Silicon Valley and have our global delivery center in India.We seek a results-driven Client Partner to lead account growth and drive revenue expansion through data engineering and data science solutions. The ideal candidate will have 12-18 years of experience and deep domain expertise in at least two of the following industries: CPG, Healthcare/Pharma, or Banking. This role requires a true sales mindset, strong client relationship management skills, and the ability to scale strategic data-driven initiatives. The candidate must be New Jersey-based and willing to travel as needed. Account Growth & Sales: Identify and expand business opportunities within existing and new accounts, driving revenue growth. Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders (CXOs, VPs, Directors). Strategic Solutions: Collaborate with clients to understand key business challenges and craft data-driven solutions leveraging data engineering, data science, and analytics. Scaling Initiatives: Convert pilots and proof-of-concept (PoC) engagements into long-term, scalable programs. Collaboration & Leadership: Work with internal subject matter experts to create compelling proposals, PoVs, and solutions. P&L Ownership: Manage account revenue and profitability, ensuring financial and strategic objectives are met. Requirements 12-18 years of experience in data-driven consulting, analytics, or technology-driven sales. Proven experience in managing and expanding enterprise accounts, with a strong focus on sales and revenue growth. Prior experience with P&L ownership and revenue management for client accounts. Strong expertise in data engineering and data science, with the ability to implement large-scale data programs. Domain experience in at least two of the following industries: CPG, Healthcare/Pharma, or Banking. Experience engaging with CXO, VP, and Director-level stakeholders to define business problems and drive solutions. Hands-on experience with AI/ML-driven analytics solutions and their application in business contexts. Familiarity with modern cloud and open-source technologies, including R, Python, and cloud data platforms. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders. Based in New Jersey and open to traveling (up to 50%) within the Northeast.
