As a Brand Ambassador , your role will be to engage with Costco shoppers, initiate conversations about their window and door replacement needs, and help them take the next step by scheduling a free in-home estimate with one of our wonderful In-Home Sales Representatives.You’ll distribute marketing materials, share valuable information, and build relationships—understanding that not every conversation will result in an immediate yes.But don't worry, we're looking for someone who can handle the "no's" with grace and keep the energy high to create new opportunities We offer a competitive pay rate and unlimited bonus potential based on your personal performance.The more leads you generate, the more you earn—simple as that Brand Ambassador Compensation/Benefits *******$19.00 per hour plus $35 for each appointment set (Earning as much as $550+ weekly in addition to hourly pay) You will ALSO be rewarded revenue share from sales generated from the Brand Ambassador's leads, rewarding an additional $50-$600 biweekly (or per pay period), dependent on job size and lead performance.
