Benefits Competitive pay based on experience & certifications Health, Medical, and Dental insurance 401(k) Plan Paid time off and vacation Growth and advancement opportunities Employee vehicle purchase plans Family-owned and operated environment Ford Top Tech+ Program Courtesy Ford Technician Retention Program Long-term job security Flexible work schedule Responsibilities Perform repair and maintenance work as outlined on repair orders with accuracy and efficiency Test-drive vehicles and diagnose concerns using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems, including: Engine, transmission, and driveline Steering and suspension Electrical systems Brakes and HVAC Communicate clearly with the Service Advisor regarding additional repair needs and timelines Perform warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer procedures Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Qualifications 2+ years of automotive service technician experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent required ASE certification strongly preferred Ford certification strongly preferred Prior Ford dealership experience is a plus Strong diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair capability (B-Level skills) Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment Excellent customer service and communication skills Positive attitude and willingness to grow Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record About Courtesy Ford At Courtesy Ford and the Courtesy Automotive Group, every employee plays a key role in our success.We’re a fast-growing, high-energy dealership committed to creating a positive environment for our team.We believe that happy employees create happy customers—and we reward dedication and hard work.
