If you are interested, please APPLY now. Summary:The HVAC Install Technician is responsible for the installation of HVAC equipment in residential and commercial environments. This position will inspect the effectiveness and safety of the system. You will lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions by providing extraordinary customer service.Our Rewards:Company VehicleCompetitive Pay Advanced technology 401(k) with fully vested company matchMedical, Dental, and Vision insuranceHealth Savings and Flexible Spending accountsVariety of ancillary benefits (Life insurance, long and short-term disability insurance)Paid time offProfessional developmentEmployee discountsEssential Job Duties:Meets with customer to assess the customer’s needsOffers solutions that are beneficial for the customer and the company while striving for customer satisfactionFollows standard process for maintaining HVAC systemsCompletes sold services using protective measures to keep customer’s home clean and undamagedOther Duties:Performs other duties as requestedKnowledge, Skills, & Abilities:Proficient in cleaning and maintaining an HVAC systemAbility to complete simple low voltage connections on furnaces, air handlers and air conditionersAbility to clearly and effectively communicate ideas related to policies and procedures and provide guidance to management and employees, verbally and in writingAbility to follow safety standardsAbility to manage time effectively and efficientlyAbility to multitaskRegular and reliable attendanceMinimum Qualifications:2 or more years of HVAC experienceHigh school diploma or equivalentPossess a valid driver’s licenseEligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorshipPreferred Qualifications (not required):Any air conditioning certificationsPhysical Demands:Ability to operate tablet, mobile phone and other field equipment as neededAbility to read, write, speak, hear, see, think, communicate, concentrate, learn, and workAbility to lift/carry up to 100lbs repeatedly during work hoursAbility to climb up and down ladders and/or step stools repeatedly during work hoursAbility to sit/stand for long periods of time during work hoursAbility to work in small and confined dark spaces such as crawl spaces, attics, etc.Ability to work in a wide range of temperatures (indoor/outdoor)Ability to travel up to 75% of the time between job sites and customer locationsAbility to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodationParadise Home Services is an equal opportunity employer.
