For those seeking dynamic opportunities, rewarding career paths and a chance to make a difference in global health, come grow with AugustThe Warehouse Associate is responsible for both supporting and maintaining all aspects of warehouse operations, including, but not limited to, shipping, receiving, storage, cycle counting and operating warehouse equipment. The Warehouse Associate is responsible to support manufacturing operations, to ensure tasks within the area are supported and are executed on time, compliance with GMP, EHS and Company quality systems and requirements. He/She will support the supply chain teams and warehouse operations.ResponsibilitiesReceives, checks, and verifies in-bound materials in facilityStores material in the appropriate storage areas. Assists with warehouse cleaning and organization to ensure area meets established safety and quality requirementsFills internal requests for material and delivers materials to various destinations throughout the facility. Uses material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, sit down and stand-up forklifts to move materials, unload and load trucksProperly packages items for safe transport and arranges shipment of out-bound materials Responsible for data entry related to receiving, inventory control, movement, and shipping of materialProcesses and files relevant paperworkPerforms cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
