Duties include upholding the use of quality materials and procedures, adhering to budgets to complete tasks or purchase materials and reviewing contracts to make sure that current practices align with the customer’s/Capital’s expectationsCustomer Service: Anticipate, meet, and/or exceed customer needs, wants and expectations. Respond to customers with a sense of urgency and ensure commitments are met.Financial Responsibility: Pursue financial goals by seeing and seizing opportunity, making profitable business decisions, and controlling operational costsProject Management: Manage the process flow of a project from start to finishProject Documentation: Document the process flow of a project from start to finish. Problem Solving: Identify problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.Priority Management: Take control of your time and schedule to increase personal productivity and manage the daily pressures of meeting important and urgent commitments.Embrace the Culture: Value a culture of high energy, passion for our work, and entrepreneurial ownership. Work with Others: Support the success of the organization through teamwork, cross regional and interdepartmental cooperation and collaboration.
