Branch Director Opportunity Description Our client is a well-established Home Health organization. They have a current opening for a Branch Director for their location in the Bergen County, NJ area. This person will manage operations, financials, clinical performance, census growth, and help to create a positive culture. Clinical and non-clinical candidates will be considered. Local candidates only. Branch Director Job Requirements Skilled Home Health, Private Duty Home Care, or Personal Care leadership experience. Knowledge of Medicaid, Private Insurance, Private Pay rules and regulations. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Connections with referral sources in the local market. Branch Director Job Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day branch operations including financials. Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations. Hire, train, mentor, motivate, and retain staff. Grow census.
