Guest Service Representative- Hotel Front Desk

Overview Come join Team Atlantis We are currently accepting application for Hotel Guest Service Representative. Guest Service Representative is responsible for all activity involving Hotel guest check-in/check-out. They must provide further guest service by accurately taking and relaying guests' requests to other departments such as Housekeeping, Engineering, Bell/Valet, Security, Concierge, VIP Services, etc. Other departmental duties. All with a smile on their face Responsibilities Raise and maintain Atlantis Guest Service skills to establish four-star standardsIncrease Hotel revenue through commissionable opportunitiesWork in a fast paced, high volume environmentFollow all company policies and proceduresMaintains a polite and professional demeanor at all timesRetrieve reservations in the computer, verifying special requests and accommodations, programming room keys, completing and filing registration cards, calculating room charges, making approved changes to guests' accounts, and collecting payment for all charges incurredHandling guests' mail, recording guests' comments, and restocking suppliesOther duties as assignedWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel crouch or crawl; talk, and hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to focus.
