A unique and fun opportunity that you are able to work at both of our locations Schedule:  4 Week days and 1 weekend day What we expect from you… Introduce kids to the serious fun of gymnastics and play, all within The Little Gym’s unique learning environment. Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll train you on everything you need to know). Safely spot and support grade school gymnasts while they learn new skills and build confidence. Provide outstanding customer service and a top-notch membership experience. We treat our members like family here. Create a fun, challenging, and encouraging atmosphere that allows every child to grow at their own pace. You’d fit in here if… You love having fun, giving high 5’s, and can motivate kids with your energy and enthusiasm (A background in gymnastics, child development, or physical education is a huge plus). You live to serve — making kids (and their parents) feel great makes you feel great. You’re a natural leader who can manage a group of energetic kids and keep them engaged. Kids really like you, but their parents really like you too. You were voted “most likely to be in a good mood” by your high school classmates. You know how to balance fun and discipline — we play hard, but we work hard too. You’ll get your steps in and close your activity rings while you work (we’re basically a workout that pays you).
