Job DescriptionERx Group has an opening for a family physician to practice emergency medicine. The hospital is a small independent critical access hospital. The position is ideally suited for a boarded FP/IM/ER physician with ER experience.Job Details: Daily volume runs 23 patients per day.12 and 24 -hour shifts Flexible schedulingEMR system is Meditech.Dictation is DragonA+ Malpractice Insurance paid.Independent Contractor status (1099) statusPotential sign-on for full-time physicians.Our providers work as independent contractors for added tax benefits and the ability toMoon-light.Alma and South Georgia Area Highlights Alma is Georgia’s Blueberry Capital hosting the Blueberry festival each June.Less trafficProximate to Atlantic and Gulf Beaches Many historical sights to visit.Availability of locally grown foodSmall town feel with big city amenities.Proximity to Atlanta is a three-hour drive and 90 minutes to Savanah.RequirementsEM experience required.
