We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join a fast-growing team working on high-impact commercial, retail, and hospitality projects across the U.S. and Caribbean. This is a direct hire opportunity based in Peachtree Corners, GA, offering a competitive salary ($90K–$120K+, DOE), exceptional benefits, and hybrid flexibility. What You’ll Do: Lead the design and development of site layout, grading, stormwater, utility, and erosion control plans Conduct on-site investigations, feasibility studies, and produce technical reports Oversee project progress, cost assessments, and ensure compliance with permitting and safety standards What You Need: BS or MS in Civil Engineering + active P.E. license 5+ years of civil design experience Proficiency with Civil 3D and CAD for projects over 1 acre Strong skills in stormwater management, grading, utility design, and permitting Perks & Benefits: 100% employer-paid medical, dental, vision (employee only) 401(k) with 50% match up to 5% 4 weeks paid maternity/paternity leave after 1 year Generous PTO and 9 paid holidays (including your birthday week) Hybrid schedule: 2 WFH days, ½-day Fridays, and onsite Mondays Bonus: Opportunity for paid travel to the Caribbean for project work Take your career to the next level while designing exciting destinations—apply today
